May 2024 Update

Dear Forestville RSL Club Member, 

As discussed in our recent Redevelopment Update following the AGM on Monday 6 May, we are committed to keeping our members and the community up to date with the progress and plans for the redevelopment of the Forestville RSL Club.

We recognise that in order to communicate and share information we need a central source of truth and information that is easily accessible and current. As a result, last year we created an initial Heart of Forestville website to support and enable us to meet our goal of regular communications.

While this website has been a helpful tool, we are now planning for the next 4 years where information about the redevelopment will grow, many topics of interest to the community will be covered and details about the club facilities and seniors living community will be distributed.

To facilitate and empower our members and the local community with an accessible and informative hub of information we have updated and are pleased to launch our new Heart of Forestville website at www.heartofforestville.com.au

In addition to the inclusion of all previous updates, we have created a number of new sections which provide an overview of the history of the redevelopment and tell the story of the Clubs rich history.

A unique logo and brand has been created and incorporated on the refreshed website which features the beloved poppy, capturing the military heritage of the Forestville RSL, these new elements will be utilised in all future communications.

Moving forward we will be providing regular monthly updates on the website and also encouraging our members and local community to reach out to us if they have any questions via the website.

We hope you enjoy taking a look at our new website and value the information we will be providing in the months and years ahead.
