November 2022 Update

Firstly, thank you to all the members that contributed ideas for our new club. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and a substantial number of members responded with great ideas, recommendations, support, and constructive suggestions.

We appreciate the time you took to provide your feedback. All of the valued ideas, support, and comments have been passed onto the Club Board, Management, and our architects, and contributed enormously towards the architect’s brief and subsequent concept plans.

Secondly, we will be hosting a Club Member Briefing for the Heart of Forestville Project early in the new year. The briefing invitation will be issued before the end of the year, with the date and time to be announced. The purpose of the briefing will be to view the concept plans that have been developed by the architect. The Club Board and Project team members will be available to answer any questions.

The Heart of Forestville project promises to be the iconic focal point of a strong, connected, and harmoniously integrated community; where the young and the elderly, new and old residents come together as one.

Remember to access the new website, www.heartofforestville.com.au, either directly or via a link from the Club’s website, www.forestvillersl.com.au, or that of the Forestville RSL sub-Branch, www.forestvillersl.org.au. It is important to note that this website will be the principal method of communicating with you regarding the date and time of the Club Member briefing in the new year.

Please make sure your email and/or mobile phone contact details that we hold are correct. This will make it a whole lot easier for us to keep you up to date. If you have any concerns in this area, please contact the club, or visit the website.

If you have any questions about this exciting new project, please don’t hesitate to send an email to: feedback@forestvillersl.com.au

Finally, thank you again to all who have provided feedback thus far. There have been a large number of positive, helpful suggestions and ideas that will help in delivering a quality result.

Regards,

Tony Moody, President and Ian Thomson, CEO
Forestville RSL
