Connecting Community Organisations

One of the things that our club takes great pride in, is the support place and space we provide to local community groups and organisations to meet together, connect and fulfil their mission.

Each month we welcome more than 25 community groups and organisations into our club for meetings, events and activities and we work hard to offer a warm welcome with our hospitality and facilities. Over the last few months we have heard from many of the groups and organisations who utilise our facilities just how valuable our club is  to fostering a sense of connection and opportunity to catch up.

As a result, during the redevelopment planning for the Forestville RSL Club we have worked closely with the project team to ensure that the existing club facilities will continue to operate right up until the new club is opened. This will enable the many community clubs, groups and gatherings who meet at the Forestville RSL Club to continue to benefit from our club facilities and meet without interruption or need to relocate.

We expect that the dedicated spaces in the brand new club, when completed will be greatly enjoyed by our members, the local community and the community organisations we welcome into our club regularly. As we near completion of the new club facilities we will be reaching out to each community organisation who regularly visit the club to ensure a smooth transition across to our fantastic new space.

Members Redevelopment Information Presentation

To ensure Forestville RSL Club Members, guests and local community remain abreast of the proposed redevelopment, the Club will be running a Redevelopment Information Presentation on Sunday 8th December at 2.00pm at the Club.

This event will be an opportunity to hear directly from the Redevelopment Committee, ask questions, and provide your valued input as we look to shape the future of the Forestville RSL Club.
